Privacy Policy
Effective Date: May 4, 2026
BreatheForm apps, including BreatheForm Yoga, BreatheForm Taichi, Taichi Lock, and related BreatheForm variants ("we", "our", or "the apps"), provide guided movement, breathing, mindfulness, and focus-related experiences. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
1. Information We Collect
Data stored locally on your device:
- Exercise and movement preferences — selected poses, movement routines, breath patterns, session duration, and body area selections.
- Session history — dates and counts of completed sessions, stored for streak tracking, progress, and in-app history.
- App settings — sound, haptic, ambient tone, reminder, and display preferences.
- Taichi Lock focus settings — selected protected apps, unlock duration, exercise preferences, unlock counts, and focus-related settings. In the current version, this information is stored locally on your device and is used only to provide the app’s focus and unlock features.
This data is stored on your device using local storage unless otherwise stated. We do not sell this information to advertisers.
Data collected by third-party services:
- RevenueCat — If you make an in-app purchase, RevenueCat processes the transaction through Apple’s App Store or Google Play. RevenueCat may collect an anonymous app user ID and transaction data. See RevenueCat’s Privacy Policy.
- Apple / Google — The App Store and Google Play may collect purchase, usage, diagnostic, and crash-related data as described in their respective privacy policies.
2. Platform Permissions
Some BreatheForm apps may request platform permissions to provide app features.
- Notifications — Apps may request permission to send reminders, breathing breaks, session prompts, or focus-related alerts.
- Android Usage Access — Taichi Lock may request Usage Access permission to detect when a selected app is opened so it can present a mindful interruption or focus flow. This information is used only to provide the app’s core focus feature.
- Apple Screen Time APIs — Taichi Lock may use Apple Screen Time APIs, if enabled and approved, to allow users to select apps or categories through Apple’s privacy-preserving controls.
We do not sell protected app selections, usage access information, focus settings, or movement activity to advertisers.
3. Information We Do Not Collect
- We do not collect your name, email address, or personal identifiers unless you voluntarily contact us for support.
- We do not access your camera, microphone, contacts, or precise location.
- We do not create user accounts or require sign-in.
- We do not use your movement, breathing, focus, or app-selection data for advertising.
4. How We Use Information
We use locally stored app data to provide the app’s core functionality, including:
- Personalizing movement or breathing sessions
- Saving app settings
- Tracking session counts or streaks
- Managing reminders or focus prompts
- Supporting Taichi Lock focus and unlock flows
- Managing premium access through Apple, Google, and RevenueCat
We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or selling to third parties.
5. Data Retention and Deletion
Most BreatheForm app data is stored locally on your device. You can delete this data by uninstalling the app or clearing the app’s data in your device settings.
Purchase records may be retained by Apple, Google, or RevenueCat according to their own privacy policies and legal obligations.
If you contact us for support, we may retain your message long enough to respond and maintain support records.
6. Children’s Privacy
BreatheForm apps are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. The apps do not include user-generated content, social networking features, or public profiles.
7. Third-Party Services

- RevenueCat — subscription management and in-app purchase processing
- Apple App Store / Google Play — app distribution, purchase processing, and platform diagnostics
- Expo — app development framework
These services may process information according to their own privacy policies.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected in the "Effective Date" above. Continued use of the apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
